FELLOW
A candidate for entrance to the class of Fellow shall:
Be occupying a senior post in training or vocational education with responsibility for determining policy in these fields and holding accountability for the general implementation of that policy.
and
Have been engaged in training or vocational education for a period of not less than 10 years.
and
Hold the ITOL Diploma in Training & Occupational Learning, or a similar qualification acceptable to the Institute.
or
Have such eminence in the field of training, assessment or vocational education that admission to the class of Fellow would be in the interests of the Institute.
